The analysis
Against that, the stock is -0.1% on the day at ₹286.85, and has returned -13.6% over three months. It sits 31% below its 52-week high, which means a good deal of bad news was already in the price. The auto sector has moved -3.2% over the same period, so Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles is running 10.4 points behind its peers.
For Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles, the question is how much of this is already reflected in the price and how much re-rates the auto peer set alongside it.
