At Tata’s revised offer price of €14.40 per share, the three investors could make a combined gain of about €63 million, in addition to the estimated €288 million in extraordinary dividends received from Iveco in April.
The analysis
Against that, the stock is -0.8% on the day at ₹414.25, and has returned +2.2% over three months. It sits 18% below its 52-week high. The auto sector has moved -6.8% over the same period, so Tata Motors is running 9.0 points ahead of its peers.
