Noel Tata faces fresh challenges in the Tata Sons boardroom battle as SDTT vice-chairmen Srinivasan and Singh allege he advanced a restructuring plan without trustee consultation. Srinivasan has also challenged Noel’s trustee status, 2024 reappointment and Tata Trusts’ influence over Tata Sons.
