In filings before Maharashtra’s charity commissioner, former Tata Trusts trustee Mehli Mistry questioned Venu Srinivasan’s vote after his trustee tenure expired and challenged Noel Tata’s eligibility to serve on a charitable trust.

This is a Capacity / capex event. Capacity added into a soft cycle compresses returns for the whole sector; added into a tight one it is the cheapest growth available. The cycle position matters more than the announcement.
